Freight and Delivery
Freight is calculated based on the cubic weight of the products being ordered and the distance between us and you.
Freight is calculated after a delivery postcode or delivery address has been entered.
You may be able to estimate the freight prior to checking out by selecting a 'Post Code' when viewing you’re your order in the shopping cart.
Most of our orders are shipped via Australia Post, however, we reserve the right to ship your order but the best available option. Orders in excess of 16kg in weight will be shipped via courier.
Collect from Warehouse
We are happy for you to collect your order from our warehouse. Any orders placed will be ready for collection after 12noon the day after your order was placed.
Orders can be collected between 9-4pm Monday - Friday from the manager of our warehouse. The address is:

Returns
Our Site and our online store area has been carefully designed to provide you with as much information as possible on all our products to help you make the right selection. Please use this information and select carefully.
If a product received by a customer is faulty, or damaged in shipment, it will be at the discretion of The Salt Box to authorise return of the product, replacement product to be shipped to the customer or a refund. The determination will be made within 48 hours of being made aware of the issue.
To return an item, The Salt Box will request a Return Goods Authorisation number.
Replacement product will be shipped via standard shipping within 48 hours.
Refunds will be processed within 48 hours.

Prices for The Salt Box International products are shown in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
Internet orders generate an automatic confirmation and response e-mail, however The Salt Box International may change its pricing, product description or specification after any order confirmation or response e-mail but prior to shipment due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or unavailability, typographical errors, or any other reason.
We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order. We will not complete your order until we have your approval. We reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to prohibit sales to resellers, even after we have received and confirmed your order. Published prices do not include shipping and insurance.
