Cyprus Black Salt Flakes - beautiful, large, pyramid shaped crystals which have been blended with activated charcoal to give a dramatic black colour. Despite its looks, it isn't delicate in the taste department; its size makes it powerful and its earthy taste makes sure this salt certainly leaves its mark.
Experiment... season like a pro and sprinkle on home-made bread or pretzels, roast veggies, white fish, a caprese salad, frittata, halloumi, tomatoes and over fruit.
