Truly unique - the Cyprus Black Salt is harvested from the sea in large pyramid-shaped crystals, which give it a satisfying crunch. Blended with activated charcoal, it has a deliciously earthy taste.
Experiment… Use this to add crunch to your salads and baked goods (think pretzels and home-made bread) or sprinkle over white fish, roast veggies, caprese salad, halloumi or fruit (try it with watermelon). This salt is a show-stopper.

Storage Conditions... store in a cool, dry place. Some salts may retain moisture and become clumpy over time but that’s normal as our salts are 100% natural. It does not affect the quality of the salt.
