So what does it contain? Sodium Chloride (92.14%), Magnesium (0.98%), Sulphur (0.742%), Potassium (0.34%), Calcium (0.16%), Iodine (0.003%) and moisture (5.0%).
Storage conditions... store in a cool, dry place. Some salts may retain moisture and become clumpy over time - this is normal as our salts are 100% natural and does not affect the quality of the salt.
Branded as their Hottest salt I was somewhat disappointed with the heat. Although tasty with some heat, I was expecting something I could not put directly onto the tounge! Hopefully they are developing another level that will blow me away! Still I enjoy the heat and flavour. Thanks!
