Smoked Applewood salt is the most subtle of our smoked salt range. Naturally smoking with sweet apple wood results in a scrumptious sweet, fruity, woody flavour. And its form is pretty sweet too - it is a lovely flake which makes sure it makes its presence known.
Experiment... this salt is perfect with fish, shellfish, poultry and roast veggies. And for those who don't do posh (or even for those that do) sprinkle it over your next cheese toastie. You won't look back.

Storage conditions... store in a cool, dry place. Some salts may retain moisture and become clumpy over time - this is normal as our salts are 100% natural and does not affect the quality of the salt.
Ingredients... smoked sea salt. No anti-caking, free flowing additives, conditioners, allergens, genetically modified organisms.
So what does it contain? Sodium Chloride (95.75%), Calcium (0.051%), Magnesium (0.04%), Potassium (0.03%) and moisture (<0.5%).
Although im sure this salt is amazing for me it is over smoked. The one i had was a more subtle flavour and not so over powering
Smoked Applewood Salt adds a fantastic flavour to what ever you are eating. I would recommend this product to everyone.
The product is OK but not as good as the one I had in the U.S.A . I was put off from the start because the container had a small amount of tape on one side and had lifted on the other side spilling a third of my salt into the satchel. Did I complain no - why bother I just buy anymore.
