Introducing... our crowning jewel, the Black Truffle salt. It is exotic, powerful and full of passion. And it has impact ... wow, does it have impact. With the effect and complex flavours of freshly sliced truffles (for a fraction of the price) your cooking will soon soar to the levels of haute cuisine.

Experiment... match this salt with egg and mushroom dishes for a breakfast extravaganza, add it to your pasta, mashed potato, red meat, use it as a bread dipper with olive oil, or even on buttered popcorn.

Why not try... if you like our Black Truffle salt, you may want to try our Wild Porcini salt. And if impact is your thing, consider one of our smoked, fiery or naturally flavoured salts.

Storage conditions... store in a cool, dry place. Some salts may retain moisture and become clumpy over time - this is normal as our salts are 100% natural and does not affect the quality of the salt.

Ingredients... sea salt, diced black truffle, natural and artificial flavours. No anti-caking, free flowing additives, conditioners, allergens, genetically modified organisms.

So what does it contain? Sodium Chloride (99.1%), Calcium (0.083%), Magnesium (0.035%), Potassium (0.024%), Sulphur (0.08%) and moisture (<0.5%).

Product of...USA.

Yum, yum, yum, yum, yum, yum, yum, yum - I’m completely addicted to this salt. It’s sublime on a perfect soft boiled egg.

This stuff is the best. It packs a punch - you don't need a lot. Adds the taste of richness and luxury. I love it in scrambled eggs especially just because it turns an everyday food into a sublime treat!
