Refund policy

Our website has been carefully designed to provide you with as much information as possible on all our products to help you make the right selection. Please use this information and select carefully.

We are confident in our dispatch processes.  Should your order not contain an ordered item then please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order.  Claims outside of this timeframe will be at the discretion of The Salt Box.

Faulty or damaged product? If you've received a faulty product or if it has been damaged in shipment, please contact us via email. It will be at the discretion of The Salt Box to authorise a replacement product or a refund. Replacement product will be shipped via standard shipping within 48 hours. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours.

Change of mind? To return an item if you change your mind, please contact The Salt Box to make arrangements prior to dispatching the item.  Return shipping will be paid by the customer.  Refunds (less shipping charge) will be provided when the product is returned and deemed in re-saleable condition.

The Salt Box accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit on return to us.

Only one coupon or discount can be used for any one order.

Please understand, we do not offer refunds for any coupon codes that are not working or valid with The Salt Box. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the relevant coupon code ready at the time of purchase. If a code does not work correctly do not proceed with sale. Contact us via email and we will investigate.
