Massage a small amount of magnesium gel into the skin of treatment area until well absorbed. We recommend first testing on a small area and massaging in thoroughly. A mild tingling sensation may be experienced.

After use, wash or wipe the area and moisturise if desired. Avoid contact with sensitive areas such as the eyes.
