Coarse grain. Hawaiian Black Salt is made up of naturally derived sea salt from Hawaii, blended with activated charcoal that comes from coconut shells.
Experiment… Sprinkle this over white fish or chicken to impress your dinner guests, or use it to create a spectacular rim on your Margarita or Bloody Mary! This Black Wonder goes beautifully with fish, pork, chicken, eggplant, potatoes, sashimi and avocado (think smashed).
Why not try… If you love the colour, try our Cyprus Black Flake salt for a larger grain size, or our Hawaiian Red salt for a different pop of colour.
Storage Conditions... store in a cool, dry place. Some salts may retain moisture and become clumpy over time but that’s normal as our salts are 100% natural. It does not affect the quality of the salt.
