Hawaiian Black Salt is made up of naturally derived sea salt from Hawaii, blended with activated charcoal that comes from coconut shells. The small grain makes it easy to use and it’s colour makes it a must-have in any entertainer’s kitchen arsenal.
Experiment… Sprinkle this over white fish or chicken to impress your dinner guests, or use it to create a spectacular rim on your Margarita or Bloody Mary! This Black Wonder goes beautifully with fish, pork, chicken, eggplant, potatoes, sashimi and avocado (think smashed).

Storage Conditions... store in a cool, dry place. Some salts may retain moisture and become clumpy over time but that’s normal as our salts are 100% natural. It does not affect the quality of the salt.
