A taste of Southern U.S. cooking, this salt is cold smoked with untreated Hickory wood.
Experiment… It works great with ribs, pork, turkey, maple syrup, honey, ham and bacon. The small flakes also work well in sauces, dips and soups to add smokey richness. It’s also great to add to vegan dishes.

Storage Conditions... store in a cool, dry place. Some salts may retain moisture and become clumpy over time but that’s normal as our salts are 100% natural. It does not affect the quality of the salt.
