How to Use:
Place your heat pillow in the microwave, making sure the turntable is clean. Heat on high for 1 minute, turning halfway through to avoid hot spots. If additional warmth is needed, continue heating in 20-second intervals until comfortably warm.
Do not exceed 2 minutes of continuous heating.
Not suitable for use in flatbed microwaves.
