Introducing... Celtic Sea Salt (or Sel Gris) is a pure, unprocessed, hand harvested salt. By hand harvesting, a staggering 82 minerals are extracted. The salt contains active key minerals and trace elements of magnesium, calcium, and potassium. It originates from coastal France, following a 2,000 year old traditional Celtic technique. The salt is a striking grey salt and can be used in many different ways.
Celtic salt is extremely good for your body’s cells. (see Want to Learn More below)
This all-rounder brings mineral depth to every food, has moist crystals which don't dehydrate meat and the coarse grain variety has a good old hearty crunch when used as a finishing salt. In the salt world, you can't ask for too much more than that.
