‘Flower of Salt’ in French, Fleur de Sel comes from the Guerande region of France. It is hand harvested according to Celtic tradition and is known by its irregular, fine crystals.
Experiment… Many chefs see this as the best of all sea salts because of it’s delicate flavour. Use it in your baking, roast veggies, meat and fish - this salt is suited to all foods.

Storage Conditions... store in a cool, dry place. Some salts may retain moisture and become clumpy over time but that’s normal as our salts are 100% natural. It does not affect the quality of the salt.
