Ingredients and Method
This is a great way to absorb magnesium without have a full bath. Lavender is anti-inflammatory which will soothe achy, painful or swollen feet. Simple!
1/2 cup Zechstein Magnesium Flakes
Lavender Oil, or fresh or dried Lavender
For a quick soothing foot bath , add magnesium flakes to a container large enough to fit your feet.
Fill will warm water and add a few drops of lavender oil, or fresh or dried lavender.
