Soak Away and Snooze with Bath Salts: The Easy Way to Improve Your Sleep

Unfortunately, it’s very common for adults to suffer from deficiencies of magnesium leading to an increase in stress and lack of sleep.

For larger tubs, increase the amount of bath salts accordingly.
