Experiment... sprinkle over potatoes, burgers, oysters, prawns and soups. Use as a finishing salt and amp up your next BBQ. And our fiery friend is particularly nice with anything that has lime and butter - think curries, guacamole, fried food and even buttered popcorn. For something extra zingy, add it to dark chocolate to make your own spicy chocolate truffles.
