Cyprus Black Flake. Unique and exotic, with salt crystals in large pyramid shapes. Blended with activated charcoal to give a dramatic black colour. Despite its looks, it isn't delicate in the taste department; its size makes it powerful and its earthy taste makes sure this salt certainly leaves its mark.
Experiment... season like a pro and sprinkle on home-made bread or pretzels, roast veggies, white fish, a caprese salad, frittata, halloumi, tomatoes and over fruit. Or do what we do, and just be a plain show off and use it sprinkled around the edge of a white plate at a dinner party. Go on, we know you want to.
