Ingredients and Method
We use our Roasted Garlic Sea salt EVERYWHERE. It is delicious. This recipe is a simple roast potato recipe but with the addition of our Roasted Garlic Sea Salt the ordinary becomes extraordinary. We use this salt on any roast veg as well as in mashed potatoes, soups, pastas, risottos, cereal (ok ... we are joking about the cereal).
- Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced.
- Par-boil potatoes for 5 minutes and then place in an oven proof tray.

- Roast, turning, for 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are golden and crisp. Serve.
