Ingredients and Method
This is a simple way to turn every day roast potatoes into an impressive side dish! It is best to season with the Truffle Salt just prior to serving, to ensure that the wonderful aroma of the Truffle Salt is not lost during the cooking process.
- 1kg baby potatoes, scrubbed clean and dried
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Black Truffle Salt
- Preheat oven to 220°C. Place potatoes into a roasting tin, drizzle over the oil and gently mix ensuring potatoes are completely coated.
- Roast potatoes for 30-35min until tender, tossing occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Season well with Truffle Salt. Garnish with fresh herbs. Serve immediately.
