Smoky Margarita

Ingredients and Method

INGREDIENTS

3 lime wedges
Alderwood Smoked Salt
75ml tequila
1/3 cup lime juice
25ml Cointreau
ice
 
Rub the rims of 2 glasses with a wedge of lime, then dip them into the smoked salt.  Shake the tequila, lime juice and Cointreau together in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a wedge of lime.
