Our Extra Bold Smoked salt is naturally smoked for two weeks, with a blend of seven carefully selected woods, to create a really hearty smokehouse flavour. It is rich. It is enticing. Experiment... its flakey texture makes it perfect for finishing, but it will also dissolve quickly and evenly in marinades, sauces, stews, chilli and soups. Try it on pork, chicken, tuna, salmon or steak - anywhere you want to have a 'just grilled' flavour.
