The following applies to each of these wonderfully natural and full of flavour gourmet salts:-
- No anti-caking, free flowing additives, conditioners, allergens, genetically modified organisms.
- Storage conditions... store in a cool, dry place. Some salts may retain moisture and become clumpy over time - this is normal as our salts are 100% natural and does not affect the quality of the salt.

Fleur de Sel
‘Flower of Salt’ in French means Fleur de Sel. This salt comes from the Guerande region of France. It is hand harvested according to Celtic tradition and is known by its irregular, fine crystals.
Experiment… Many chefs see this as the best of all sea salts because of it’s delicate flavour. Use it in your baking, roast veggies, meat and fish - this salt is suited to all foods.
Ingredients... sea salt. No anti-caking, free flowing additives, conditioners, allergens, genetically modified organisms.
So what does it contain? Sodium Chloride (98.62%), Sulphur (0.34%), Calcium (0.21%), Magnesium (0.15%), Potassium (0.1%), Iodine (0.003%), moisture (<0.5%).

Hawaiian Black (Hiwa Kai)
Our Hawaiian Black Lava salt, a naturally derived Hawaiian sea salt which has been blended with activated charcoal derived from coconut shells. Its grain makes it easy to use and its presence known, but in a subtle way. Well, as subtle as you can be when you are as beautiful as this salt is.
Experiment... this Black Wonder is at its best when paired with red meat, pork, fish, eggplant, potatoes, sashimi, scallops, fruit, kale, buttered popcorn and avocado. It is also pretty happy sitting around the rim of your Friday night cocktail (think Bloody Mary or Margarita).

Hawaiian Red (Alaea)
Our Hawaiian Red sea salt. Aloha! Get your lei and your surfboard and be transported to Hawaii through this fabulous salt. An unrefined sea salt that has been mixed with alae clay to create a unique pink / brown salt. Alae is revered as sacred and is used to heal purify and bless, which gives this salt a special aura. A big seller in America, this salt is highly sought after; not only for its magic, Hawaiian inspired flair but its delicious, tangy flavour.
Experiment... clearly at home with Hawaiian inspired cuisine (think kalua, poke and Hawaiian jerky), this salt is also perfect as a spice rub as it seals in the natural moisture of meats and is great for roasting, with seafood and in sauces, soups and on fruit. It is also perfect for preserving and curing. Its beautiful colour makes it very handy when you are trying to wow your guests. Sprinkle it over the top of your dishes or around the edge of a white plate for a bitt of magic!
